Cassia cinnamon sticks & quills from Sumatra (Korintje)

Sumatra's Kerinci highlands produce Cinnamomum burmannii — known in global trade as Korintje cinnamon — prized for its sweet, low-coumarin profile. We export cinnamon sticks, quills and broken grades, cleaned and sun-dried, ready for grinding, distillation or direct retail packing.
Korintje is the global trade name for Cinnamomum burmannii grown in the Kerinci highlands of Sumatra. We export it as whole sticks (quills), broken or cut grades, and powder on request.
Korintje cassia is sweeter and bolder, with a lower coumarin profile than other cassia types, and it is the grade most spice packers and food manufacturers buy for volume use.
Standard 5–10 cm and 10 cm+ quills, with custom cuts available, cleaned and sun-dried to a moisture content of 12% or below.
25 or 50 kg PP or jute bags, bulk full container loads, or retail-ready packing if you are buying for private label.
Spice packing and distribution, food manufacturing, and essential oil distillation — we can cut and grade to suit whichever of those you are supplying.
