Questions by commodity

Specifications, packaging and export detail for each line we ship from Indonesia.

Coffee export from Indonesia

Coffee specifications
Can you export green coffee beans from Indonesia in bulk?

Yes. We export Indonesian green coffee in 60 kg jute or GrainPro bags and in bulk full container loads (FCL), from single-origin lots up to repeat monthly volumes. Private-label packing is available on request.

Which Indonesian coffee origins and varieties do you supply?

Arabica and Robusta from Sumatra, Java, Sulawesi, Bali and Flores. Each region has a distinct cup profile, so tell us the profile you are buying for and we will match lots against it.

What processing methods are available?

Washed, natural and semi-washed (giling basah) — the wet-hulled method that gives Sumatran coffee its characteristic body and earthiness.

Vanilla export from Indonesia

Vanilla specifications
Do you export Indonesian vanilla beans worldwide?

Yes. We export cured Indonesian vanilla pods to flavour and fragrance houses, bakery and confectionery manufacturers, and beverage producers, vacuum-sealed or in food-grade tins at your preferred weight.

What vanilla grades do you offer?

Grade A (gourmet) pods at 14–18 cm and Grade B (extraction) pods at 12–14 cm, with vanillin content of 1.8% or higher.

Where is your vanilla grown?

Papua, Bali and North Sulawesi. Indonesia is the world's second-largest vanilla producer, and these regions supply our cured, sun-dried pods.

Cinnamon export from Indonesia

Cinnamon specifications
What is Korintje cinnamon and do you export it from Indonesia?

Korintje is the global trade name for Cinnamomum burmannii grown in the Kerinci highlands of Sumatra. We export it as whole sticks (quills), broken or cut grades, and powder on request.

How does Korintje cassia differ from Ceylon cinnamon?

Korintje cassia is sweeter and bolder, with a lower coumarin profile than other cassia types, and it is the grade most spice packers and food manufacturers buy for volume use.

What cut lengths and specifications are available?

Standard 5–10 cm and 10 cm+ quills, with custom cuts available, cleaned and sun-dried to a moisture content of 12% or below.

Charcoal Briquettes export from Indonesia

Charcoal Briquettes specifications
Do you export charcoal briquettes from Indonesia for shisha and BBQ?

Yes. We supply both markets — coconut shell briquettes for shisha and hookah, and hardwood-based briquettes for BBQ and restaurant grilling — with private-label boxes available.

What shapes and burn times are available?

Cube, cylinder, hexagon, pillow and finger shapes, with burn times from 90 to over 150 minutes depending on shape and density.

What are the technical specifications of your briquettes?

Ash content of 3% or less, moisture of 8% or less, and fixed carbon of 75% or more, giving a long, consistent burn with minimal smoke.

Coconut Shell Charcoal export from Indonesia

Coconut Shell Charcoal specifications
Do you export coconut shell charcoal from Indonesia in bulk?

Yes. We supply kiln-produced coconut shell charcoal in 25 or 50 kg PP bags and in bulk full container loads to briquette and activated carbon manufacturers worldwide.

What is the fixed carbon and calorific value?

Fixed carbon of 75% or higher, calorific value of 7,000 kcal/kg or more, with moisture at or below 8% and ash at or below 3%.

What sizes do you supply?

Lump or crushed at 2–5 cm as standard, with custom sizing available for your production line.

Wood Chips export from Indonesia

Wood Chips specifications
Do you export wood chips from Indonesia?

Yes. Wood chips are one of our core biomass lines. We export Indonesian wood chips by FCL container and by bulk carrier for large volumes, to biomass power plants, pulp and paper mills, and industrial boiler operators.

What are the specifications of your wood chips?

Chip size of 20–50 mm (customisable to your feed system), moisture at or below 35% with drying available on request, impurities at or below 1%, and a calorific value of 4,200 kcal/kg or more as received.

Are your wood chips legally and sustainably sourced?

Yes. They are produced from legally sourced plantation material and processing residue, and export documentation including the Certificate of Origin is prepared for every shipment.

Wood Pellets export from Indonesia

Wood Pellets specifications
Do you export wood pellets from Indonesia?

Yes. We export Indonesian wood pellets in 25 kg PP or paper bags on pallets, and in bulk by FCL container or vessel, for power generation co-firing and industrial heating.

What are your wood pellet specifications?

6–8 mm diameter, moisture at or below 10%, ash at or below 1.5%, calorific value of 4,300 kcal/kg or more, and durability (PDI) of 97.5% or higher.

What is PDI and why does it matter?

PDI is the pellet durability index — the share of pellets that survive handling without breaking into fines. Ours is 97.5% or higher, which keeps dust low and feed systems running cleanly.
